In this work, the horse emerges from a field of incandescent orange, its form both defined and dissolving within flowing layers of acrylic. Dark greys and earth tones pool and spread across the surface, creating textures that suggest movement and transformation. The pouring technique allows the paint to mingle in unpredictable ways, giving the impression of a figure suspended between fire and shadow. The result is a vision of the horse as both fragile and powerful — a fleeting apparition carried by light and color.
